Terms & Conditions
Already have a kitchen quotation? Send it to us and we’ll beat a genuine like-for-like quotation.
- The Price Pledge applies to supply-only kitchens and excludes installation and associated building works.
- The quotation must be genuine and current
The competitor’s quotation must be in writing, dated within the previous 30 days at the time it is submitted to us and provided by a bona fide, VAT registered, UK kitchen retailer. - It must be genuinely like-for-like
Our Price Pledge applies where we are able to offer a substantially comparable kitchen specification. We will compare relevant elements including cabinetry, door style and finish, worktops, appliances & accessories. - The complete comparable quotation will be considered
The Price Pledge applies to the overall comparable package rather than individual items selected from a competitor’s quotation. - Only comparable items will be included
Appliances, worktops, sinks & taps and other associated goods or accessories will only form part of the comparison where equivalent or reasonably comparable products are included in both quotations. - The quotation must contain sufficient information
We must be able to reasonably establish the products and specification included in the competitor’s price. We may request further information where necessary to make a fair comparison. - Verification
We reserve the right to verify the authenticity, validity and details of a competitor’s quotation before applying the Price Pledge. - Exclusions
The Price Pledge does not apply to clearance, ex-display, second-hand or damaged goods; liquidation or closing-down sales; obvious pricing errors; or special employee, trade or other restricted discounts not generally available to consumers. - How we’ll beat the quotation
Where we confirm that a competitor’s quotation qualifies as genuinely like-for-like, My Dream Kitchen will offer the comparable package at a lower total price. - Before placing your order
The Price Pledge must be claimed and agreed before an order is placed with My Dream Kitchen and cannot be applied retrospectively. - Fair comparison
Where products or specifications differ, we will explain any adjustments required to create a reasonable like-for-like comparison. If a meaningful comparison cannot be established, the Price Pledge will not apply. - Designs and intellectual property
Any drawings, designs or other material supplied with a competitor’s quotation remain the property of their respective owner. They will be used only as appropriate to help establish the specification and price being compared. - The Price Pledge is subject to product availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect a qualifying Price Pledge claim already submitted.
- Your information
Information and documents submitted will be used to assess the Price Pledge enquiry and contact the customer about it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
